Home Care

You can choose some or all of the following daily tasks to be included in Your Care Plan:

• Shopping needs, we can do your shopping for you and put it away for you too. Or we could have your shopping delivered to your door at a convenient time to you using an internet shopping service from our office.
• Cleaning and Laundry Assistance, our fantastic cleaning team can assist you with all domestic tasks to keep your home clean and tidy and free from hazards.
• Arrange Social Events, we can arrange any social eventsin your life and if necessary attending these with you.
• Personal Care, whether it be assisting with a shower or to support you with your continence, our experienced and well trained care team can meet your needs.
• Medication, making sure you are aware of the need to take any medicines that may have been prescribed for you, and to assist with these if needed, all of our carers receive regular medication training, so you know your in safe hands. We can even pick up your medication or have your medication delivered for you.
• Preparing Meals, we can cook your meals and wash up for you too, we always like to involve our clients in the activities, this way they keep their independence and keep active.
• Lookign After Your Pets, we can take them for walks, help you feed them, and make sure they are fit and healthy.
• Gardening Assistance, whether you need your lawn mowing, or your garden weeding, we are more than happy to help.
• Sleepover Packages and a Sitting Service giving family some respite time if they want to go shopping or to work. We offer a "Waking Night", where the carer is on duty throughout the night, or a "Sleeping Night", where the carer is expected to have a reasonable nights sleep, whilst on call for any emergencies.

Don’t forget, your care plan is tailor made to suit your individual needs so if there was anything else at all that you might need help with we will always try our best accommodate you. We now also offer Palliative Care and care for people with Learning Disabilities.
